About my chemical-free gardens
Gardening has been a family tradition for me since my undergraduate days at the University of Florida back in the late 70's. Living in South Texas since 1992, we started our chemical-free gardens for our own family's consumption.
Over the past three decades I have learned many secrets to successful, chemical-free growing; and I am delighted to bring my fresh produce an fruit to local farmer's markets every week.
I also use my own fresh produce and fruit to make home-made pastries, jams and preserves.
Our hens are out on the pasture and free ranging which makes for healthier and better tasting eggs.
Our produce is harvested within 24 hours of the market day.
We grow a large variey of fresh herbs. Call or e-mail us to find out what's available.
our gardens are all raised bed and full of our home made compost. It's the healthy way to grow plants.
We bake all our pastries and breads using only the most wholesome ingredients. We never add preservatives.
