We use our fresh produce to produce home-made jam, jelly, and preserves. We pickle quail and bantum eggs in a variety of pickling juices.

Call ahead to reserve fresh, cage-free chicken, bantam or quail eggs.
We can pickle your eggs in a variety of recepies to your taste.
You can place orders for a particular farmer's market or come by the farm to pick up your order of seasonal veggies or fruit.
We have fresh breads and pastries, but the type changes week to week. Call ahead if you want a particular type of bread or pastry.

We harvest the day before or the same day as the market
To ensure that you get only the freshest produce, we harvest within 24 hours of the market day.
We do not use any preservatives or chemical additives so your food is as wholesome as you can get.
You can call ahead to inquire what is in season and what we will be bringing to the market on a particular weekend.
